Aunt Gladys is the aunt of Howard and may be the sister of either Mrs. Wolowitz or her ex-husband Mr. Wolowitz. In "The Comic Book Store Regeneration", Mrs. Wolowitz is visiting Howard's Aunt Gladys in Florida and passes away in her sleep which also acknowledges the passing of the actress who played her, Carol Ann Susi.
