Dear all,

Can you help me with some funny examples of effective and ineffective habits and of 'mindset' from the Big Bang Theory episodes?

I'll explain why: I am taking a course (work related) in 'result oriented collaboration'. Part of the course is to present the newly-learned theory on self management in a creative way to the group.

I have to present something about 'habits' (how habits can help or hinder your effectiveness: habits/rituals are not sentitive to stress, require little energy and 'pull' us toward an action) and mindset (how mindset can influence your effectiveness: they are accepted unconsciously, are not given up easily and contradictions are ignored).

As this is a course with a lot of technical people (read nerds who enjoy BBT), I thought they would enjoy some good examples from Big Bang Theory -> which is obviously loaded with examples of habits....

Can you think of any good examples?

Some of my ideas (top of mind) of Sheldon's habits: sitting in the same spot, knocking on penny's door 3x, eating the same meal every week, etc.
