Joshua Charles Malina (born January 17, 1966) is an American film and stage actor, perhaps most famous for portraying White House Communications Director Will Bailey on the NBC drama series The West Wing.

He appears as Dr. Siebert, the newly-appointed president of the California Institute of Technology, in the episode "The Benefactor Factor" and is constantly iritated by Dr. Sheldon Cooper.
