Vernee Watson-Johnson (born January 14, 1954, North Trenton, New Jersey) is an American television actress who has had a forty-year career as a character actress in the movies and on television. She is known for her regular role on the sitcom "Carter Country" early in her career. More recently she has had a recurring role on "Suit Up". Her roles often are playing doctors, nurses and judges.
Watson has appeared six times on "The Big Bang Theory" as nurse Althea, including the first scene of the pilot episode.
She later appeared in two episodes of "Young Sheldon" as nurse Robinson and three times in "Two and a Half Men" as nurse Karen.
